Among Us is a multiplayer social deduction game where players work together to complete tasks on a spaceship, while one or more impostors try to sabotage and eliminate the crew. Here’s how to play: 1. Roles: - Crewmates: As a crewmate, your goal is to complete all your tasks (mini-games) scattered across the map. These tasks involve fixing wires, downloading data, or refueling engines. - Impostors: As an impostor, your goal is to sabotage the ship and eliminate the crewmates without being caught. You can fake tasks, sabotage critical systems, and use vents to move quickly. 2. Tasks: Crewmates need to complete a series of tasks to win. Focus on finishing tasks while staying alert for suspicious behavior from others. 3. Sabotage and Emergencies: Impostors can sabotage parts of the ship, such as disabling lights or causing reactor malfunctions. Crewmates must fix these issues before the timer runs out, or they lose. 4. Meetings and Discussions: When a body is found or an emergency meeting is called, players discuss and vote on who they think the impostor is. Use this time to share suspicions or defend yourself. If a majority votes for someone, that player is ejected. 5. Winning: - Crewmates win by completing all tasks or ejecting all impostors. - Impostors win by eliminating enough crewmates or successfully sabotaging the ship. Love this game! Been playing it since 2022 and it always keeps me intrigued. The new outfits they release are really cute as well! One thing, though, the sorting by experience (ex. beginner, expert) is a bit unreliable. Whenever I want to play a serious round, there are always some trolls/people who don't take it seriously. Maybe you could add some sort of level filter (ex. Beginner lvl 0+ / expert lvl 30+). It doesn't have to be too high since low level doesn't immediately equal low skill. Ty!
